How soon will I receive my merchandise?
Most items are shipped UPS ground to the customer from New Jersey with 48 hours of order.  They should anticipate 1~2 weeks delivery time.   UPS sends the customer a ship tracking number via email.

What if an item is defective?
The #1 choice is for customers to call the manufacturer's toll free number provided with the merchandise. Quite often, they can solve the problem immediately.
The #2 choice is for customers to call us at 800-683-4438 to obtain a return authorization number.  Please have the packing slip which came with the merchandise ready when calling.  We are available 9:00AM~5:00PM EST, Monday~Friday.  We provide support in English, Spanish, and Turkish.  We answer the phone as "Awards Center".

Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting the customer's privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when they visit our site.  We will not EVER sell personally identifiable information to anyone without opt-in consent from the customer.  Connection to this site is protected by SSL3 2048-bit encyption.

UPS Ground Delivery ... LCD Televisions 7"~31"   
A driver will leave item on the customer's doorstep.  Customer will receive email from UPS’s Quantum system with tracking number and ETA.


Threshold Delivery ... Tube Televisions and LCD TVs 32"~49"
If customer is scheduled for a threshold delivery the television will not be brought into the home.  Please note that the bottom of the box may be dirty.  The delivery driver will bring the television as close to the customer's door as possible without physically lifting or navigating up or down any stairs.  The driver can deliver to a garage as an alternative. The customer will receive a phone call to schedule an appointment day and time frame of a 4 hour window.  The trucking carrier will offer the cusotmer a choice of days and times depending on the areas.  Deliveries are Monday-Friday during the day.  The driver can call the customer an hour before delivery to eliminate customers waiting the entire four hours for the delivery.  When the driver arrives, he will ask the customer to sign for the delivery and inspect it for all types of physical damage before the driver leaves.  The customer will then lift the box off the ground to inspect for concealed damage as well.  All TVs must be signed for by an adult. 


White Glove Delivery --- TVs 50" Or Larger
A driver or a 2 man delivery team will be entering the customer's home with the shipment, unless they prefer otherwise.  Be prepared to indicate where customer would like them to place the shipment prior to arrival.  Please keep in mind the delivery team or driver is not contracted to do any installations or move furniture, however they will remove the packaging unless otherwise directed.  Customer can expect the delivery team or driver to remove the product from the box outside the customer's entry way.  Customer should prepare an area within their home that has adequate protection from the box staining thefloor or carpet since the bottom of the box may be dirty.  We strongly suggest that customer keep the box in case they need it later as large boxes are very hard to replace.  White glove is to the first level of the home (no stairs included).  If customer has stairs, there is an additional charge for each flight and this must be told to the customer when customer make your appointment for delivery.  The driver will wait for customer to plug the TV in to make sure that it works.  Once this happens, customer will be required to sign for it and the driver will leave customer a receipt.  Installation services are not included.


*** If customer is inside a building with an elevator, there is an additional charge of 35.00 to bring it inside the building to their apartment or suite.
*** After hours deliveries can be accommodated as well as weekends but there are additional charges to be applied.  Please call for quotes on these as it depends on where the deliveries are located as price is based on distance.
